Return policy

Should you have any complaints or are not satisfied with the product, you may return your order up to 30 days if it meets the requirements found at the bottom of the page. Upon receipt of the return, the purchase price will be credited to your account within 7 days.

Easy returns in 3 simple steps

Step 1: Send us an email at support@trendayshop.com
Try to be as complete as possible in the mail, some important points: 1. Why you want to exchange or return the package.
2. Videos for clarification.

Step 2: Send your order

Send the items along with the completed return form to the department store address in the form. Be sure to provide the package with a track & trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the cost of the return and we do not want any misunderstandings. Email the track & trace code to support@trendayshop.com so that your order can be tracked at all times and you have proof of shipment.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account.

Upon receipt of the return, the purchase amount will be credited to your account within 7 business days.

Style, size and photo changes.

Once your order is placed, you agree and understand that it is a custom product that goes into production immediately and there is no time to make further changes.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address and the address you would like to change it to. We can change the address until your order leaves our facility!

Damaged/wrongly printed items.

If the product arrives defective, we will reprint the item and reship for free. Please contact us here with a picture of your item and order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within seven business days.

Please note that the design, size, color and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the wrong size, color or image is selected and shipped to you, we are not responsible for replacing these items. Goods listed below are excluded from the right of return:
- Custom made goods.
- Consumables such as lamps, batteries, various types of gel and liquids.
- Items that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons such as earplugs, headsets, underwear and swimwear.
- Opened cosmetics and personal care products.
- Items that are damaged or incomplete, this includes items with missing packaging.
